PREMIER CREDIT BUILDERS POLICIES:
Prior to starting credit education and document processing services, you will sign a client agreement along with the following:

SERVICES WE PERFORM MAY INCLUDE:

Document preparation and credit education. We will evaluate your current credit reports as listed with applicable credit reporting agencies and work with you to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. You will choose which items you would like to dispute. We will advise you on steps to be taken to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false or obsolete information contained on your credit reports.

We will prepare all necessary correspondence in dispute of inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in your credit reports.

You will forward to us your correspondence received from the credit reporting agencies and we will assist you in further correspondence with those agencies.

Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or by any other form of communication during normal business hours.
In return, for the services above, you agree to pay fees as outlined in your client agreement by the 23rd of each month. Failure to pay monthly investment would result in a deactivation of services. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. Simply send us written notice as outlined in your client agreement. Please be advised that the initial processing/document fees are non-refundable.
It is understood that we offer credit information, advisory and education. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and clearly explain your options. However, we do not provide any legal advice (i.e.; the application of the law to your individual circumstances). For legal advice, please consult an attorney.
90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. GUARANTEE PERIOD:
This Money-Back Guarantee ("Guarantee") is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of enrollment in Premier Credit Builders credit repair services ("Services").
2. GUARANTEE TERMS:
a. Premier Credit Builders guarantees that, within the 90-day period, it will make good-faith efforts to improve the customer's credit score.
b. If, at the end of the 90-day period, the customer's credit score has not improved, Premier Credit Builders will refund the full amount paid by the customer for the Services. Excluding the processing documents Fee.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
a. To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, the customer must have followed all recommendations and instructions provided by Premier Credit Builders during the credit repair process.
b. The customer's account with Premier Credit Builders must be in good standing throughout the 90-day period, and all payments must be made on time.
c. The customer must not have engaged in any activities that may negatively impact their credit during the guarantee period. (Example: Making a Late payments, Applying for too many loan & credit cards in a short period of time, you closed a account, not keep credit utilization under 30%, Stop paying your credit monitor service, Co-signing for someone.)
4. CLAIM PROCESS:
a. To request a refund under this Guarantee, the customer must submit a written request to Premier Credit Builders within 10 days after the expiration of the 90-day period.
b. The request must include documentation of the customer's credit score before and after the 90-day period, as well as evidence of compliance with Premier Credit Builders recommendations above.
5. REFUND PROCESS:
Upon approval of the refund request, Premier Credit Builders will issue a refund within 30 days to the original payment method used by the customer.
6. LIMITATIONS:
a. This Guarantee applies only to the specific Services provided by Premier Credit Builders.
b. Premier Credit Builders is not responsible for changes to the customer's credit score resulting from factors beyond its control, including but not limited to economic conditions or actions taken by credit bureaus.
